All payments made towards package plans, holiday bookings, promotional offers, registrations, or any other services are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully processed, no cancellation, refund, partial refund, or transfer request will be entertained under any circumstances.

Booking & Service Charges

Any booking amount, processing fee, administrative fee, or service charge paid to GrandPark Vacation World is non-refundable.

Package Cancellation

In case a package holder chooses to discontinue or cancel the package voluntarily, no refund shall be applicable for the unused tenure, unused nights, or any remaining benefits.
